I cannot fault this company at all. We had Mary as our assistant and she was so quick to reply to emails and answered every question so throughly. My ring is absolutely beautiful and such amazing quality! I’m so Inlove with it I get compliments daily about how stunning it is. I’d 1000% recommend parade jewellers.

I purchased a diamond ring and I asked twice about upgrading the diamond stone, and she confirmed that it was possible to upgrade it. After a few months, when I tried to upgrade the ring, they said it was not possible. They informed me to sell privately. If they claim that you can upgrade the ring, make sure to obtain evidence from them. I have been scammed and I didn't gather any evidence, so there is nothing I can do now. The only thing is that they scammed me regarding the upgrade.

My engagement ring is nearly 4 years old and I still get compliments and people asking if the ring is new as it is so sparkly. This shows the quality of their diamonds! My partner purchased the ring and said he spoke with the guy there and said it was a smooth and easy process

Due to covid-19 restrictions we arranged for the engagement ring all online. The customer service at Parade Jewellers has been exceptional, and they made what we both feared to be a complicated process, seamless and smooth. Cannot commend their customer service enough! Not to mention, the ring is absolutely stunning and everything i could have possibly wanted!
